[Price Check] Atlantic: "Green Tag" clothing

Just wondering randomly, but, what does Green tagged clothing go for on Atlantic? I see it for crazy prices (in Luna), but can't bring myself to believe that it's really worth anything like that.

Any information is appreciated.
