Atlantic went down about 35 minutes before normal server down time, and is not back yet!

You are wrong, server is up now - right about server down before maintenance, I hated the revert connected to that.
Later server came up with new publish, was live for about 3 minutes, went down.
Later server came up with new publish, was live for about 3 minutes again, went down.
Later server came up with old publish, and seems to run since then.
From my feeling something with the recent hardware upgrade went wrong, since that time the server was more unintended down than else in a full year.
