Atlantic 18x18 down the road from Umbra, great front yard and actual trees to the west and south (not like most other malas plots which have housing surrounding them!)
Once was the home of the daily llama/C&E (sadly fell this weekend) so this little plot hasn't been available since the birth of malas!
