At My Wits End With My City Vendor Going poof

I posted before about a vendor problem. Now for the second time a vendor that we use to raise funds for our city on Chesapeake went POOF!

AGAIN!

1. It was paid with 165,000 gold
2. It was NOT a rental contract it was owned by the house owner
3. NO its not in the moving box
4. No its NOT anywhere in the house
5. NO it wasnt selling rares it was selling (Decorative boxes, Chests, Bookshelfs, Sm,Med, Lar Boxes, Orante Chest Etc ETC it was a container vendor
6. No the account has no strikes against it

Yet ive sent emails about the problem from LAST WEEK when chesapeake had FOUR vendors that sold either A. Grown Plants or B. Crafted items

So honestly im at my end. I really want to call it quits. No one from EA/Myth (CRAP Company) will help me. No ive never called them crap before but this is just....how do you even explain it.

No one has responded ONCE to my emails for an investigation. Every GM I try to contact ingame sends me the canned message. I know they cant help but maybe they could try SOMETHING....ANYTHING!

After being with UO for almost ten years I dont know what to do. They have always been helpful and if im just going to keep loseing what myself and citizens in PaxOku keep working on day in and day out for it to be lost and they dont give a crap then why bother playing? Its just upsetting I guess....

I would send Jeremy a PM/email as your next step and see if she can get some one to investigate further for you as to what may be /has happened.

I want to know if the poster is the owner of the house. He could be a friend of the house but knows the owner and the owner placed the vendor.

Not sure if that means EA's online tech support- but.. they always respond to online help. Thats why they give canned responses to in-game help... to refer you to the online help. Its cheaper for them.

Let me get this straight...
You lost a vendor once and posted about it (i seem to remember the post).
Nothing was done so you chalked it up to bad luck and replaced the vendor (something that I would do) and the second vendor vanished (with all goods and gold) as well?

Was the vendor in the same spot?
That's just crazy. I'd bug Jeremy till she helped me if I were you. If nothing else but to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

They way its written, sounds like hes not the house owner. But, ill take your word.

Now was a second vendor placed in the same exact spot and it disappeared too, or was it just one.

Try reporting the problem through the bugs section WITHOUT throwing an attitude.

I had a rented luna vendor that was paid with 2m and when I checked it all 2m was gone and it had 0 left on it. This was a bug and the money poofed for no reason. When i reported the issue I stated that I was NOT asking for my money back and that for some unknown reason it had poofed without a trace. I had checked all my bank boxes and so on.

Guess what happened? They actually returned my cash to me. I logged in and had a couple gold checks waiting for me and why? Probably because I didn't throw a fit over it.
