Item Submissions
Please put your item(s) in a single bag along with a book. List the Item in the book with its starting/reserve price. In the title of the book, please put your character's name for gold pickup. In the 'by' section, please put a prominent way to contact you. ie: ICQ, Stratics, or Discord.
Submitters will be notified when their items are retrieved and sold through their prominent preferred method of contact.
Do NOT submit to anyone else. For our friends in Japan, Blend will assist with submissions and payout. All submissions will go through me or blend. For security and for the safety of your items, please contact me or blend before ever submitting to verify who it is you are submitting to.
Claiming Items or Gold
Those who submitted items to the Rares Fest Live Auction will not be charged a commission for their sold items. Any unsold items and gold winnings will be cataloged and packaged at the end of the auction. Please wait to hear from me or Blend through your preferred contact method for retrieval of items and gold. All items or winnings will need to be claimed before the end of the 2023 Asuka Rares Fest.
Proxy Bidding & Atlantic Shard Payment

Toad Town Live Auction General Information Guide
I can take gold on Atlantic for items won for the duration of the Live Auction. There will be a character placed behind the bar at the Toad Town Auction House that will act as our teller for gold exchanges.
Trivia & Lottery
Trivia: There will be three (3) trivia opportunities for auction house guests. Winners will select between three choices for their reward!
Lottery: Write up a short story and submit it through one of three major forms of communication: Discord, ICQ, or Stratics.
- Story length: Participants would need to submit a short story. Advised length is roughly three paragraphs
- Story topic: Your favorite memory of your adventures through Ultima Online
- Deadline for Submission: Friday, November 10th at 5PM Eastern
- Each submission will be attributed with a number. At the end of the auction, a random number generator will provide the winning number.
- The winner DOES NOT need to be present
- All stories will be published so that we all can collectively reminisce on what we each love about Ultima Online
- Lottery Prize: Hallowed Branch | 1 of 4 item | Valued between 1P-1.5P
Operational Information for the Asuka Rares Festival Live Auction
- There is an item limit of 40 items. (The live auction must conclude before the end of the first silent auction house).
- Maximum of 4 entries per person (including individualized items or packaged lots)
- Submissions are OPEN as of the creation of this thread.
- Auction Submissions CLOSE on November 10th @ 5PM Eastern Or when the Auction is full
- Auction Item Lists will be published through Stratics for visuals and start prices
- Item Submission Minimum Value: 175M
- Items Valued: 0-175M | Utilize on site Rares and Non Rares Vendors
- Items With High Reserves: Utilize on site Auction Safes or Silent Auction
- Items submitted underneath the required minimum value or aren't classified as rare will be voided and returned to its rightful owner.
- Bidding Increments:
- 0-20M = 1M minimum | 20-200M = 5M minimum | 200M+ = 10M minimum
- Only Rare Items are permitted for entry
- Rare (allowed): Extreme Scarcity or infrequency and often implies high value
- Example: EM Event Rewards, Server Births, Older Items, Global Rewards
- Uncommon (not allowed): Suggests a frequency below normal expectation
- Example: Currently spawning/obtainable
- Rare (allowed): Extreme Scarcity or infrequency and often implies high value

Toad Town Transfer Services
Toad Town will be offering free transfer services from Asuka to Atlantic daily. These transfers will embark routinely for the complete duration of the Rares Festival around 6:30PM Eastern. It is advised to make preparations ahead of time and to communicate your need for a transfer before the 6:30pm embarkation time. Transfer services are not guaranteed to those who wait until the last minute as there is limited room and time.
Toad Town will also be offering free transfer services from Asuka to Atlantic after the 2023 Rares Festival has concluded. Please reference this thread for more information:

キノピオタウンは、飛鳥から大西洋までの無料送迎サービスを毎日提供します。これらの送迎は、東部時間午後 6 時 30 分頃、レア フェスティバルの期間中定期的に運行されます。事前に準備を整え、午後 6 時 30 分の乗船時刻までに送迎の必要性を連絡することをお勧めします。部屋と時間が限られているため、直前まで待機する場合、送迎サービスは保証されません。
