Assassin's Armour?

On the assassin's armour on top it says stam inc 2,ssi inc 5%, at the bottom it says,only when full set is present resist+5/4/3/4/4, stealth bonus 30 ,dex bonus 12.

My question is if i dont use the full suit and just one peice or two piece of the suit do i still get that ssi 5% bonus?

Yes, if you use two pieces you will get 10ssi. (For example.) The resists will be poor though. Those get a nice boost with the whole set.
