currently got these on two unfinished chars, was hoping to make an assassin of sorts but i just confused myself

Try the PvP thief forum.

Necro - 105 - Never fail a strangle
Spirit Speak - 115 or 120 which ever scroll you can afford
Resist - 100 minimum
Meditation 115
Fencing 120
Poison 75
Tatctics 90

Should be viable. Use Pots and SS for healing. Not too much training to do. Scroll cost would be minimal. It's not a template for everyone and the suit would be expensive / hard to get all you need on it. Try it out on test center and see if you like it.
(Drop SS if you want the GM bonus for tactics)
