Assassin Armor Set Questions

I have been working on finishing all the armor sets. I have yet to finish a single one.

I got the Assassin Armor Sleeves off swoops i believe (been awhile).
I got the Assassin Armor Gloves off Melissa during the event.
I got the Assassin Armor Tunic today off Miasma.

So all I am missing is the Legs.

My question is how rare are the legs?
Are they a boss drop only (lady mel, dread horn) or can they drop off named monsters as well?

I was told that the Gloves are the rarest peice. Is this true?

Would i be better off crossing my fingers and hunting for them or buying them? If buying is the best way then what is the going rate for the legs?

Also does anyone know if Feathernock (Quiver) is only a boss drop?
I got Swiftflight off Melissa as well.

I believe the gloves and legs are equally rare. I got my legs on a different shard for like 15 million, and that was certainly below market rate at the time. I also believe that you have to get them off the peerless bosses or champs, but not 100% on that.
