Artifacts Imbuing ON!

I still dont see why artifacts cannot be imbued???

Following the 500intensity/5mods imbuing cap, those items will remain balanced and wont cause any major advantages to any particular templates. I hope we all realize that these artifacts were allowed to be imbued at some point before the devs decided to take it off... On the other hand, some of these artifacts remain imbuable (clockwork leggings, venom bracelet, etc...)

Please Correct me if im wrong by giving me an example of an artifact that could harm game balance.

Would love to get the ability to imbue artifacts in the next publish...
