Is this now needed with Fletching or is it only needed for armor and non-bow weapons?

It should work on bows as well. It always had before, unless something got broken recently.

Works fine, adding 5% DI.

"Needed" is a strong word. But it offers exceptional bows the same +1 to +5 damage increase (DI) that it does other exceptional weapons. That said, both my bowyers (one on Baja and one on Atlantic) have 100 Arms Lore. It bugged me to see less than 40 DI on stuff with my name on it.
