Arms Of Armstrong

I was going through my toons collecting Gifts and noticed one was wearing leather sleeves called "Arms of Armstrong" Str bonus 3 HPR 1 and 6 in each resist. Found these on a Character on Great Lakes, Also was holding a Obsidian Blade.
Anyone refresh me as to where the Obsidian Blade and Arms of Armstrong came from? I figure they are from when I activly played GL or something my son picked up when he played that acct.
Anyone else cycling through Chr and find odd ball stuff you forgot about?

The Obsidian blade was from the resent invasions and the arms are from the noobie haven quests.
