armour rating

I have an archer that has 96 physical resist armour but instead of showing 70 it will only show 65. I have placed several sets of 70+ armour on him, I have used rings etc... but it will never show more than 65 resist. If I remove armour below the 70 resist it will start to show that. Is this some kind of glitch? is it something I should contact a game master about? Has anybody else had the same problem in the past?

No spells running that lower the physical resist? (protection for example can lower physical resist).

If not then yes, first stage would be to contact a GM maybe.
