Can anyone tell me what is the best weapon/armor a player can create and mark with his name ?
I'm talking a outta the park homer for it's class...
Also , what are the best talisman? THX FOR HELP

The answers to these questions depends entirely on the character and supporting equipment.

While a spell channeling, no casting penalty, -20 mage wep, 50 HLA, 15 DCI Dagger would make my day, some people could care less about it.

If this helps, you can have 5 mods (properties) on an exceptionally crafted weapon in addition to the standard Damage Increase. 5 mod weapons are usually worth holding on to, as someone will find a use for it.
