[Macefighting] armor and stamina damage

Having learned that some parry information is outdated, this character also wonders concerning macing.
Is the stamina and armor damage still only for maces, or now also for staves as well?
And when they say "maces", is that only a true mace, or any metal macing weapon, outside of staves, assuming that the information is still correct?

Maces no longer destroy armor as they used to.

Maces still do destroy armor, but as Connor said not like they used to. But they do indeed destroy armor faster than swords or fencing weapons.
