(Question) Are young player tickets rare?

Was looking through my older accounts and noticed that some characters had A Young Player Ticket on them. I haven't seen these in years and was wondering if they still appeared for new accounts. I'm afraid I don't know much about opening new accounts since my youngest one is 7 years

Now that ya mention it... I don`t think they are created anymore,or for some time now. I know I created a couple new accounts during a RTB stint.... not the last one,but the one before that and I never got a new char ticket on those. Even paid for one account for a couple months.

I`d wager they be rare,specially here on Siege.

you cant log onto siege unless you renounce your young status, so I don't see how you could even have one on siege.

they are still created on Prodo shards. I had a couple when I used a SE buddy code a couple months ago.
