Are Transfers not working???

A friend is trying to transfer from napa to atlantic.......... it will not engage, she goes off screen and then appears again and must start the process again.

have watched her doing this for most of half an hour now.

naturally, there are no gm's to ask.

Hi. All i know is when you use a Char transfer token is you need to log out in an Inn or a house you can log out at...while not riding a mount. Also try not to use the token around the maintenace time. (2am PST or 5am EST) Make sure you have an open slot at Atlantic or it WILL NOT WORK. Because all your char slots are full on Atlantic. Hope this helps.
