I was lucky enough to get this bag at a idoc, this idoc also had a few other old school items. My question is are these true leppy boots? And how can you tell? If they are I am interested in selling this set. Thanks for the help.

Nope, the tag just says boots.

It's hard judging just from a picture without anything to compare it to, but I'd have to say they do look like actual leppy boots.
