A rare is technically defined as anything that no longer spawns. So the items below from your list are rares since they don't spawn anymore, the rest are not. I'm not sure how they would be priced on Siege, but on Atlantic all of them would be worth less than a million each so they are kind of low-end rares.

the spawning ones are all yellow now, the original event had several colors.

I thought the right leg / left leg were from back when you could explode your body and those were the remains.

heavy crossbow ssi = 50% - was from a batch of several I had I think from the generals (invasion) that we had then done a crafting ability on it (the name of that eludes me atm) that pumped it up to 50%.

daemon blood - is a pool of blood on the floor

It depends on the graphic, there are old ones that were from exploding bodies like you said, but there are also new versions that drop as loot from zombies, skeletons and other undead creatures.

If you could post a picture of them they would be easily identifiable since the old ones look much different.
