I don't see any tinkering runic kits available as rewards and there is nothing of the sort on VS for sale on Atlantic. Pretty sure they don't exist . . . yet.​

No Tinker runics, so you can't craft runic items... BUT....

You can use SMITH runics to reforge many tinkered items.

Thank you Basara, you answered my question. My real question behind the question was : GARGIE ear rings..Now I have my answer: Make them with Tinker, then reforge with smithy runic. THANKS! Appreciate the info. You are trully the best. And so is Stratics, thanks to knowledgeable caring folks sharing info!

Wow that's super awesome, lol! And I thought I had a pretty good handle on reforging in general, but this really opens up some possibilities for the flappy folk
