Are there any medium sized house plots open on Atlantic?

Just returning to the shard and I know Atlantic is very well populated so my chances of finding a max secure plot open are zero but i was wondering if there are any medium sized plots open something like a 15x12 to a 15x13 maybe?

I am sure you can probably find some house plot that size or even 18x18 for sale, and there may be some people who know of decent empty plot sizes. I thought I had read in the town hall notes that they were also thinking about opening up more area in Malas for housing.
