Are there any Juggernauts to be found?

I was trying to do the Collectors quest and it send me to make a picture of a Juggernaut. But since the Blackthorn Castle in Ilshenar is gone I have no idea where to find some. Exodus Juggernauts didnt work. And in Blackthorn dungeon in brit, I didnt find any.
Anyone can help or are they wiped out?
