Yet they still claim the dupe detector works perfectly fine and that everything was fixed months ago.

The EM's do a Good Job I think and Mesanna has been pretty responsive to things. All in all it's kinda funny that A. The Graphic was wrong in the first place B. Wrong on a second event. C. The items once fixed we not venderable.
I just don't like Bennu somehow getting blame in any of it. Also the items weren't fixed, they were completely swapped out (And the new ones were the ones which could not be put on a vendor).
I am good with that. Bennu does a great job and let's all remember. This is all Volunteer hours and it takes a ton of them to work out and put on a great event.
EMs are paid, they sign a contract etc. They are required to fulfill a quota. That being said, mistakes are made, and when the drops are created by Mesanna, it's no surprise if she is on a higher publish client than what we play on, thus resulting in an item type discrepancy. From what I understand the EMs tell her what they would like the drop to be, then she creates them and adds them to the boss in whatever manner she does.
I just paged a GM today about this and GM River arrived and fixed mine without any issue at all.
You are talking about the Atlantic Pentagram? That wasn't broken, that was the intended color.
