Are the GM's on Holidays?

Ive tried for 4 days to page a GM. Waiting anywhere from 2hrs up to 4hrs last night. Each time no answer, not even a message reply to read. Is there no support leading up to and over the festive season?

I'e been waiting 2hrs so far today... and nothing. Maybe theres just no support for Oceania?

Well, since they are "universal" the shard shouldn´t matter.

Keep at it. And remember, you can do normal game play while waiting.

Old blessed quest items that I cant get rid of out of my backpack. I had the same problem last year and a GM removed them quickly and easily. Unfortunately I can't even get one to reply this time. Day 4 and counting... still no help. A friend called a gm earlier last week for the same issue and it was fixed with no dramas. That's why I was wondering if they were on Holidays or if Oceania support had twindled away .

Took them a few days to answer me the other week, i had given up on them and one day i logged in an up popped a GM asking if he could help.
