Are the GMs all on vacation?

3 days. 3 accounts. 3 different ways to page using language that has worked in the past. No response, no canned response, no generated e-mails like usual. Nothing but frustration, especially since they are bugged things that nothing has been done about and only GMs can fix in about 30 seconds.

we had a treasure chest, level 6, that we couldn't pull from cause it popped up under an EM placed item.... stood there lookin' silly til it poofed, nobody came

Perhaps share the problem in hopes that the community can help if it is taking this long?

This is the 3rd posting about the lack of GM help this week, maybe there is a problem with the the GM service, or lack of it! Has EA laid our GM's off to save more cash?

If you're not getting a response of any sort I'd be suspicious that the page queue has broken again.

I'd PM or email Mesanna and let her know nothing is happening when you page a GM.

I would have but I already know that they are several problems that only a GM can resolve. For instance old static exploit statues stuck on the ground, stew, or old solen holes all of which block placement or resizing. Also leftover mannequins under the sign, leftover herald under the sign preventing the transfer of the house, homeless vendors.

4 days later I'm folding laundry and look over to see the red text on my screen. SORRY WE MISSED YOU. :/

To end on a better note they came back and fixed the issues.
