and are there any items that are 1 handed scnp mage wep less then like -15 magery?

Best i've seen is -20... but not saying there isn't better out there.

They aren't "rare", but they aren't easy to come by either... if that makes sense at all? lol.

I have never seen a no penalty wand, but I haven't really been looking either.

All 1 handed mage weps have a minimum of -20 mage penalty.

Woops! I missed the whole "wand" word. I was thinking purely a weapon. No, I haven't seen any wands without a -1. All other weapons I have though. *laughs* Those damn details miss me sometimes
