Are mined gems no longer available? :(

I have been mining for 6+ hours today and I have gotten 13k+ iron ingots and about 2k+ of all other ingots except valorite. Also 5 blackrocks...and zero mined gems of any kind. See,with SA coming,the reason I am mining is to get the mined gems.

So what givers? Either I am getting kicked in the teeth by RNG or the gems have been turned off....

Just did an hr stint of mining, 2 Perfect Emeralds, 3 Dark Sapphires, 2 Blue Diamonds, 1 Fire Ruby, 1 Ecru (On a Human Miner)

Hunter's Moon, when you hit a bad patch like that, just log out and wait a few hours before you do any mining again. That usually makes the gems start dropping again and sometimes you seem to get a few extras right off the bat to sort of make up for the dry spell.

(Forgot to mention too that you're doing great getting blackrock. I've had the reverse problem of getting a nice supply of gems but no blackrock.)

It's odd you didn't get any gems in all that time.

But, you know the game does strange things now & then.

Weight in your main pack perhaps? If it's above 400 sometimes stuff won't drop.
