Are Library Glasses Character Bound?

Or can they be transferred from character to character?

I'm back from a hiatus and wanting to start donating. Just wondering if it's easier to do all the donations with one character or do I have to use the Mage to get the Mage glasses, Warrior to get Warrior glasses, etc...
