[Ships] Are Captain's Bundle ship colors permanent?

I've been tossing around the idea of buying a Britannian ship from the UO Store, and am not certain which I'd be better off with -- the ship alone, or the captain's bundle that includes boat paint and captain's wheel. (Is the paint permanent? Is the wheel included on the ship if you buy it without the bundle?). I'd be interested in the opinions of those who have previously purchased these.

It's okay if no one has the answer. I'm starting to question my own sanity in regard to even thinking about making this purchase.

Yes,Thats Permanent paint.

The wheel is only in the bundle.
