Are artifacts such as the 10th anniversary statue still dropping in Legacy Dungeons?

My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything current. UO Guide still reports these items as dropping, but I wanted to verify. Are these items still dropping, by chance?

Wish I had your luck, @Poo . I've been killing daemons in Hythloth for hours since I've been back and not one drop of anything, much less what I really want...the statue. There are none for sale on LS either that I can find through the vendor search.

go in and do the rat spawn in despise.
i always come out of there with 3-5 items per spawn it seems.
