[Archery] Archery 100 and above

Howdy Folks, so I heard this answered both ways, so I'm kinda looking for clarity. I have used a 115 archery scroll on my Archery Chiv Necro toon. Should I do 115 archery or 100 archery plus 15 jewels? Is there a benefit to using only hard skill as opposed to jeweled skill? Returned about 3 months ago and can't find a true/correct answer.......and I don't actually remember so, fill me in please

You can go from 95 to 120 archery with Hunters headdress and Disp Quiver.

Best to go with 120 since it can be done with 1 extra item.

Archery Mastery is not the best mastery.

So I dont have to have a hard 120, just 120 however it comes along.

Only because the archery masteries are not that great. You would want real 120 for most other masteries.
