Archer or thrower tammer.

i am considering building one of these on my EJ account. The thing is that the banl management for EJ sucks, so archery will kinda falls off. For throwing it has less impact but i will loose 3 important things:

1 - Double shot - I understand that this paired with 2 pets, a RC bettle and a disco/ap triton 2/3 slots, are a powerhouse.
2 - 20 skillpoints from Hunter's Headress.
3 - The ability to ride/mount my pet.

So basically, i want to know how you guys run both of these templates(skills, artifacts and gameplay), what pets you use and for what do you use it(if possible, list more than 1 pet and what occasion you use it).

Right now i have the funds to do the high end gear and weapons for both options.

Thanks for your time and suggestions

Wraith Tamer Archer skill build includes:
Archery, Tactics, Anatomy, Animal Taming, Animal Lore, Healing (or Resist), Veterinary, and a small amount of Spirit Speak and Necromancy.

It uses Wraith Form with Curse Weapon and mana leech on hit to solve both healing and mana regeneration needs.

Pet setup is BG + NOA, with Intelligence, Mana, and HP maximized to function as an effective buff/debuff machine.

The gear can be easily optimized with current event items, such as the event black bow, Balron Armor, and the +20 Archery helmet.

I usually bring an EJ thrower and an archer to bandage each other, which provides a very efficient method of healing.
The pet grants a BG protective shield to reduce the risk of getting swarmed and instantly killed.
Bandaging is generally an essential skill during events.
The pet’s NOA also significantly reduces the threat from bosses and large groups of mobs, especially caster-type enemies.
By combining some casting gear or reagent-saving equipment and triggering Curse Weapon via hotkey or script, this setup handles most events and encounters efficiently and reliably.

Optional setup: By fully abandoning Strength and focusing on Intelligence, Mana, and HP, the pet saves a lot of training points and only needs to be a 4-slot pet.
You can equip your character with an ethereal mount, which can be ridden when needed and stored in your backpack during combat—requiring no attention.
The best pet choice is the Triton, as it comes with high Wrestling and Bandage skills, making it a potential “third bandager.”
Its bandaging is inconsistent but can be life-saving at times.
Having Veterinary is mainly for convenience—not only can you resurrect your pet, but you can also help heal it in emergencies.
