Hello everyone and thank you for your input in advance.

I recently started playing again and typically played a pure mage or mage/tamer my whole ultima life and wanted to try an archer/bard.

Im having trouble deciding on my final spec and wanted to get some ideas/help as I have been away quite a long time and am still getting used to all the changes that have taken place while I was away.

This is what is was thinking about shooting for.

Archery - 120
Chivalry - 85 (w/ jewels)
Tactics- 100
Music - 120
Provo -120
Peace -120
Focus -70

I currently have gm focus and 98 anatomy prior to leaving. Just a fyi in case some great change to these skills occured in my absence.

I had an archer that was close to that spec on an old account of mine but with just a little tweaking i got.

100 Archery (120 with hunter's headdress)
120 Tactics
100 Anatomy
110 Music (120 with Song Mantle) have to be elf for these tho
120 Provo
120 Peace
50 Chivary (80 with jewerly) was good jewelry too with DI and HCI on them

I found Focus wasnt needed alot since I wasnt getting hit very much and I used a Mana Leech bow most of the time. I also kept 120 healing on a stone if I was fighting where provo wasn't needed. A few good items to have if you can afford them is Rune Bettle Carapace, Stormgrip, Jackal's Collar, and Leggings of Bane. With this setup there wasnt much I had trouble with. Hope this helps some.

It's been a REALLY long time since I played a bard but Discord is a nice skill to have since at GM it drops the targets stats and skills 20%. Makes things much easier to kill. Like I said it's been a long time but that is how i remember it. Anyone who is currently a bard want to correct me?
