What is this? I don't remember taking this quest and I get a message that states I cannot use soulstone until quest is completed. There are no quests in my quest log.

I realized that the skill points cannot be moved off the stone because my mule had not completed the quest and on the way to delete this post you kindly responded. Thank you.
