Arcane Focus bug?

When making an Arcane Focus, depending on the level of the circle, there Arcane Focus displays a strength bonus, this strength bonus does not appear to register.

it's the strength of the focus, not a bonus to character strength. It effects the power of the spellweaving spells.

I see, it is a confusing description, it should read 'Arcane Bonus' or something.
