Arcane clothing and gems

You can still make Arcane clothing, right? Can they still be recharged with Arcane gems? Or do these even drop anymore? I never see them on vendors. I think my mage picked up some arcane boots the other day. But with 100% Lower reg suits, I guess you wouldn't need arcane clothing. I don't see too many vendors putting together a suit in a bag for sale like they used to either.

The juka mages in ish still drop jems. I use arcane boots on a few of my chars
