aracane empowerment and pvp

so most item abilities have a cap, but forms and such are usualy not counted into the cap, dog form and hp regen for example.

has anyone every tested to see if you can get more than 15% spell damage in pvp when using arcane empowerment?

Its a hard cap.. I once tested a necro/scribe/weaver.

Capped my item SDI.

Did flame strike.

Then flame strike evil omen.

Then Reaper form, flame strike evil omen.

Then arcane empowerment while in reaper form, flame strike evil omen.

Weaving spells had no impact on SDI to myself.
