4. Statue of Mondaine

5. Around 10 Felucca Moonstones

6. Dozen or so Mini House Deeds

7. Couple of Crystal Balls

8. Various Snowy Scenes

9, Various old Slayer Weapons (don't know if these have changed in the last 10 years)

#8 Twin oaks Tavern is an uncommon as well... worth less than Blackthorn's Castle, Exodus or Shrine of Chaos, but more than standard.

#6 - the Thatched Roof Cottage is also one of the rarer mini house deeds
