Hey If you used EASTORE.COM

when you buy the code do you still have to enter your account user name and password. or is the SA account code emailed to you?

Please pm icq or just post here THANK YOU!

It is on the receipt page when you check out. They do not email you.

Ordering from the EA Store
Ordering instructions
1.Click HERE (will be available once it's in the store) to go directly to the Stygian Abyss order page
2.Click on “ADD TO CART”
3.Select Delivery Method “DIGITAL”, Select Language, Click “ADD TO CART” (choose the number of copies up to 5)
4.Review your order in your shopping cart then click the big orange button “CHECK OUT”
5.If this is your 1st time ordering from the EA Store DO NOT log in. Fill out the “New Customer Information” section

6.For returning EA Store customers please log in with your EA Store information. (see above screenshot)
7.Choose Payment Method

Ok...I'm confused...I bought at EA store...they sent me a receipt and told me to log in to upgrade my account...they sent me 1 email with SA "Digital Rights" number...I can't get past the "Code of Conduct" screen (times out)...

Then I purchased another SA code and it told me I couldn't do that...but it deducted it from my credit card and sent me another "Digital Rights" number with no charge...

I'm so confoosed and frustrated...been 5 hours at this :(

Crissay stated in another thread of someone else having the same problem to try to clean out your caches and temp files and cookies but if that dosent work to call Customer Support and they'll manually apply the codes to your account themselves.

In Step 3 of the EA store purchase process it states, "Select Delivery Method “DIGITAL”, Select Language, Click “ADD TO CART” (choose the number of copies up to 5)", I do not see a prompt or method of selecting more than one copy. Just where do you increase the quantity?

at the top of Int Explorer you will see a tab that says tools. Click it.
Click Internet options. In the middle it says Delete, click it. Bottom of box delete all, click it. Check the little box and hit yes. Should help
