It is open to ALL UO PLAYERS as long as they come to the event on Catskills with their copied books to share. It is meant to help populate our player-ran libraries, so that's important to us on our server.

yes, pandy runs the best events. always so creative. bianca/ariana just did a fantastic miners competition in minoc the other night. heard that went really well. we hope to see folks contribute to their local libraries.
