Anyone notice any problems with the Spawn in Nuj?

There was a couple things I tried to attack in Nuj and I kept getting the message cannot do negative acts against this target. Mainly happened when I tried to attack a restless soul and a blackrock infected pirate.

can pop arrows into them all day long and they never get hurt

did have an odd thing happen with one of them, tho..... he followed us around all day in Serps (a pirate) whackin' and tauntin'..... and then he went blue? very odd

You can hire NPC's to kill them. Also, if you have summons(brought in from out of zone) and you hide they will auto attack them.
