of a good mining, lumberjacking housing spot and water would be a bonus too! I currently do have a very nice spot but I don't have the trees or mountains readily available.... I currently have an 18x18 in Zento.... anybody know of any good spots ?

If you don't mind a smaller than max house there are tons. Just run around the mountain chain in Britannia in areas like near Wind, and near Destard.
