if there is some place or board that explains what and how to do the Halloween quests? Please pm if you know. I know you can trick or treat. and there is the jasper one but it has me so confused. I never do well with puzzles. thanks guys.

I have a runebook outside my library in Luna for the halloween quest, for all the spots to get it going, feel free to utilize it ... to lazy to finish the accompanying text book with all the instructions right away, hopefully get time this weekend ...

in Luna, head east from the gate, take the inner road north, and you will run into it if you don't turn west ;-)
