what ever became of Lord Civilian? I see his Luna house is now owned by OSI. :sad4:

I went and looked at the house...it was fairly worn...owned by OSI....and now it is for sale by someone?? I thought houses had to go to greatly and the IDOC before they fell even if owned by OSI
