Anyone know why mapper is not working?

Anyone know why mapper is not working? I open it and cannot see anything. I tried to size it but ,my cursor goes off to side of windown but does not connect.

Run it as administrator - or it wont be allowed to get info from uoassist.

and If i remember right you had to calibrate it ? been a while I may be thinking of another mapping program

There's specific instructions on the site for a similar-sounding issue.

Your Mapper has gone way off-screen and you have to bring it back by holding down a key while launching it.
