anyone know what "a chunk of combustible brimstone" is?

i found it on the ground while out and about on chessy today. i couldn't pick it up and thought it might be related to an event or something. however searching the fourms turned up nothing. anyone have an idea what it is?

Can't remember ever running across such a thing myself. Was it something you can pick up or fixed to the ground?

it was fixed to the ground, couldn't pick it up. i thought it was something that may have spawned on the ground, like a regent, but alas i couldn't take it with me. i'm totally stumped and what to know what it is.
