Anyone know the stats on a Grimm?

I'm talking about the things that come out of the big pumpkins when you try to pick them up.

I would like to know please what is the best elemental resistance for and against it, it's HP and maybe if it has any ranged abilities. Oh yea, can it dispel a summon too?

I've done them on several templates. They go down fast regardless of what I toss at it.
