Anyone help me w/ some lock boxes?

im using a lockpick house right now but at 95 im gonna do the TW trick but i dont have any boxes and havent had any luck trying to find anyone who can make some 70 skill boxes.

so if someone could help me out with some 70 skill boxes id gladly pay well for them, only need 5-10.
