Anyone having problems with character transfers?

Awesome! Decided to wait on the transfer anyway since they let the anniversary gifts out of the bag. Might as well bring those back. Now I'm stuck on Atlantic for who knows how long waiting, lol.

I transferred back to atl last night, everything went smoothly

No where near reset. But talking to people that transfer frequently, one told me this happens to him like once a month. He said he just pages a GM now with the problem and it's usually fixed in the morning He says it's been going on for a long time. I've done quite a few transfers the last few months and had no problems till now. I decided to transfer home yesterday and it went smooth.

Going by past practice that's pretty much anytime in September.
