anyone having a problem putting combined snow tiles on vendors?

They were on vendor, tried to move them to another vendor and they rubber banded to my back pack. no message. Now when i try to put them on the vendor they rubber band back to my back pack and the price message comes up...

im assuming this is an expansion bug... *sigh*


Like a Third world country trying to build a water park in the middle of a drought.
