Item was obtained on Sonoma at a Fel Idoc sometime before 2012 was the info I got when I acquired it. Item can be dyed as well. But If anyone has information on this item that would be great thanks.

alot of wierd stuff like this. ive seen paintings, walls, wooden boxes. can it be equipped? can it be dyed with cleanup / tok dyes or just natural plant?

I have seen a painting before. It cant be equipped and can only be dyed with plant dyes and I think it can be imbued as well. As far as how and when they came about I have no idea. Anyway kinda cool I guess.

The one Painting I saw like this was on forums and was equitable. Stinks this cant, best pvp wep evar. Gonna destroy you with your gravestone!

The story I heard on the painting was that there was a (fixed) bug where, if you were imbuing or enhancing (I'm not sure which it was supposed to be) right at server down, if you had the target cursor already up on which item to apply it to, and left the cursor up until after logging back in, you could target pretty much anything and have the enhancement/whatever applied. Supposedly that's how random things got armor and weapon props.
